Pyrolysis Training

The GERSTEL pyrolysis course consists of three modules. The first module covers Maestro software and how to set up different pyrolysis modes. The second module covers sample handling and the third module covers maintenance. A GERSTEL, Inc, applications chemist will be available to answer questions

Virtual Training

In lieu of our GERSTEL training courses held in our fully equipped Baltimore, Maryland Applications Laboratory, GERSTEL is pleased to offer participation in virtual training courses consisting of lectures, demonstration videos and live interaction with GERSTEL’s Analytical Services Team. These courses, while not application specific, address the full range of the GERSTEL system’s capabilities.

Courses are held for up to 3-hours per day and depending on training topics, may be scheduled over the course of 2-days.

Courses will run from 1 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time

  • November 3, 2025 – November 7, 2025, 1-4 pm EST

GERSTEL customers also have access to specific training videos through our online store. To access these videos, sign into the store and select the “Training Materials” tab. Here you will find step-by-step instructions on how to set up various techniques on GERSTEL systems. The videos feature screens shots of MAESTRO software parameters to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
