GERSTEL Maestro software has an important feature that can help you get your system issues solved as quickly as possible – GERSTEL System Reports (GSR’s). These reports automatically collect important system log files and other information that are a great help to our phone and email support personnel in diagnosing your system’s status. You can create a system report by going to Help/GERSTEL Maestro System report. Maestro also automatically creates a system report any time our software reports an error of any kind. Those reports can be found by going to Windows Start/Gerstel/Maestro Files/Reports and locating the report with the appropriate time stamp
