Responsibilities:

  • Ensure human resource compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • Coaches and assists supervisors with employee relations issues, ensuring proper procedures are followed
  • Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and employee retention processes
  • Responsible for coordination of benefits administration
  • Assists with educating employees on company policy and procedural issues
  • Responsible for bi-monthly processing of payroll

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant HR certification (i.e. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) required
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or manager position
  • Possess a solid knowledge of employment principles, procedures and laws/regulations
  • Collaborative and dynamic work ethics and mindset
  • Knowledge of iSolved Payroll a plus
  • Knowledge of Bamboo HR a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
