The CIS 6 is the high temperature version of the GERSTEL PTV type inlet and is designed specifically for the 7890, 6890 and 6850 gas chromatographs from Agilent Technologies. It can also be retrofitted into these models. There is also the option of retrofitting the CIS 6 with patented Peltier cooling if it is frequently used for applications where low temperature operation is not required.
